on the NHS Leadership Academy Faculty and, as such, is involved in the delivery and development of world class leadership development programmes. She has worked with a number of clients to develop bespoke leadership development interventions.
Rita is an experienced facilitator, designing interactive and engaging workshops for clients and is also adept at developing staff engagement strategies. She has worked with organisations to develop internal coaching and mentoring schemes to faciltiate positive culture change.
