Our Managing Director is Rita Symons (BSc, MSc.), a qualified coach and member of the European Council for Mentoring and Coaching (EMCC). Accredited at Senior Practitioner level, Rita has also undertaken postgraduate programmes in organisational research and leadership, and has studied Team Coaching.
Rita left a successful career as a senior leader in health and social care to focus on supporting individuals and organisations to fulfil their potential, through a mix of 1:1 coaching, team coaching and development, and the creation and delivery of leadership programmes.
