Rita has worked at CEO and Board level for several years, and led complex change programmes across numerous organisations. In recent years, she has combined hands on experience of system leadership with doctoral level study in the area.
She understands the shift from the single organisational model of leadership to a collaborative model which requires skill sets around relationship building, partnership and transformation delivery, while keeping a continued grip on operational delivery.
